You’ll have plenty of activities to keep you occupied during your stay, including a private sauna, private pool, billiard table, and sound system.
Enjoy an outdoor meal with a grill, or just relax in a hammock on the pool deck, taking in the spectacular, breathtaking view of the ocean.
Stay connected and entertained with wireless internet access, as well as crib for younger travelers.
The house also provides all the necessary bed linens and towels, and other comforts like a bathtub, dishwasher, and parking space.

The stunning beaches of Mangaratiba offer visitors a variety of different activities including swimming, surfing, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing and more. The beaches are surrounded by an abundance of lush vegetation and provide fantastic opportunities for nature lovers, who can observe many different species of animals, birds and insects.
As well as the beaches, Mangaratiba also boasts an incredible array of cultural attractions, from museums and monuments, to historical sites and traditional festivals. Visitors can also enjoy traditional Brazilian cuisine, visit artisan markets and relax in cafes and bars, all while experiencing the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Maximum limit of fifteen people in the house, including children of any age.
* It is not allowed to receive visitors.
* It is necessary to present a list of guests with name and document in advance, for approval by the condominium, this list will be kept at the entrance and only people on the list will be allowed to enter, including children of any age.
* It is necessary to present the cars in advance with their respective license plates for registration in the condominium.
* It is not allowed for cars to be parked on the streets of the condominium, (cars have to stay inside the property), under penalty of a fine.
* The light will be charged separately, we do the reading at the entrance and at the exit. (1.70KW/H).
* Only ambient sound is allowed.
* Forbidden to change the position of the furniture.
-Employees:
The pool man and the gardener are included in the rate;
We provide two employees, a cook (150.00 a day) and a maid (150.00 a day), one of the two is mandatory hiring, on all days of the stay.
Note: working hours of employees from 8 am to 5 pm.
*It is not allowed to light fireworks.
* Intended use is residential only
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
