Closest airport is Porto Seguro – BA. We can organize a transfer by car or helicopter, rent a car during your stay or hire our transportation services for specific pick-ups at the house.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
There are three watchdogs at a separate part of the house.
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time and 6 per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos with commercial intent of the property can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
