Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Guajirú Island is the name given to a peninsula formed by a small strip of sand located in the municipality of Itarema, Ceará. This strip of sand is separated from the mainland by a salt water lagoon, with no waves, with an average of one meter in depth, which makes the beach ideal for kitesurfing. With constant winds for 8 months of the year and an extensive “lake” formed at high tide, it is considered a good place to practice “flat” kitesurfing, that is, practiced in waters with small waves.
Getting Around:
Renting a car or bringing your own vehicle would be our recommended option.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
Electricity is charged as an extra.
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property, maximum 6 person per day, maximum arrival at 9pm.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
