It can easily accommodate 12 adults and 4 children comfortably in its six air conditioned bedrooms and eight bathrooms. In fact, it encompasses 10,000 m of total area plus a two-car garage.
And, the bedrooms offer two king single beds and five double queen beds for your sleeping comfort.
This amazing property’s amenities include the basics, like sheets and pillows, towels, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the villa also has Wifi included. You also get extra blankets and pillows as well as TV and cable.
This property is well-suited to children two and over and also includes Smarttv, a sound system, safe, pool, and barbecue grill.

You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area.
Getting Around:
You can access the Quadrado and the beach on foot. Cars are the best option to visit other beaches nearby.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
Extra children under 12 years old will not be counted as long as it does not exceed 30% of the number of guests. And extra people over 12 years old will have extra fees to be agreed).
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited strictly from 8am until 10pm, up to 4 people at the same time and up to 6 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. Extra staff may be needed at owner's discretion.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Compensation/penalty of R$ 2.000 in case of broken glass inside the pool.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
