The space:
The house is situated in a protected area surrounded by trees, it has recently been refurbished and is the perfect house for families or couples looking for a peaceful break away.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The property boasts a wonderful pool area with views to Cala Bassa Beach, the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside.

There is a spacious sun deck which sits alongside the pool with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, as well as a terrace with dining table.

The private fenced outdoor areas include gardens with a luscious lawn area and parking for 3-4 cars including 2 covered parking areas.

LIVING AREAS

The bright living areas have been beautifully furnished, there is a spacious open-plan lounge with a huge flat screen TV and dining area which has access to the terrace and garden.

The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts an electric hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large American style fridge and has access directly to the outdoor dining area and pool terrace.

There is also access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Facilities featured throughout each room of the house include satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi and a centrally connected alarm system.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
